Send to friendTechnically three. The orginal AllianceSports was bought by the original Rivals.com in January 2000 and the Vent and UGASports.com went with it. In May 2001, the original Rivals.com went under. The former management team of AllianceSports came in to salvage what they could, including the Rivals brand name. Many of the old Rivals sites, including this one, went with the new Rivals team while others remained with the founder of the old Rivals in a different network. Confused yet?
