Read more » Knowshon Moreno Voted SEC Freshman Of The YearFrom GeorgiaDogs.com: ATHENS, Ga. --- Redshirt freshman tailback Knowshon Moreno was the unanimous selection as the Southeastern Conferences Freshman of the Year by the league coaches, according to an announcement from the SEC office on Wednesday.
Moreno, a native of Belford, N.J., has rushed for 1,273 yards for an average of 106.0 yards per game and 12 touchdowns. He is the 12th Bulldog in school history to rush for more than 1,000 yards, including six 100-yard games. |
